Return Process 
To initiate a return, customers must follow these steps:  
1. Notify CHHC: 
   - Email sales@chhcwholesale.com or call/WhatsApp +639395607826 within **7 days** of receiving the goods.  
   - Provide order details, including the invoice number and date of delivery.  

2. Submit Evidence: 
   - Provide photographic or video evidence of the defect or issue.  
   - Submit supporting documentation (e.g., packing slips, delivery receipts).  

3. Approval for Return:  
   - CHHC will review the return request and respond within **5 business days.  
   - If approved, customers will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.  

4. Return Shipping: 
   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to CHHC's error.  
   - All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent further damage.

5. Refund Policy 
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:  
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
